Cost of three week tour: $3,995. (discounted price!)

Covers international round trip air ticket, plus two air tickets in India;

all travel expenses in India; lodging; and guide;

(everything except food and laundry).

Please call today for current pricing and availability based on your individual needs and budget. You total cost will depend on your length of stay and the custom program you choose. Total cost of tour reflects occupying a room with another guest. Needs for a private or single occupancy room will increase the 30 day-tour rate by $550.

 

Reservation Deposits and Refund Policy:
Reservation Deposit
Retreat Guests are required to secure their reservation with a deposit of 20%. The total balance is due 90 days before the tour.

Cancellation Policy
Because of the low cost of our tour and policies of our air carriers, all deposits and payments towards tickets and general charges for the tour are non-refundable. We encourage each passenger to obtain their own traveler’s insurance in case of cancellation due to health or other issues.

 

Guest Flight Departures
All Air Transportation from Los Angeles or New York to India is provided and included in the tour charge. However, persons wishing to depart with us and include the onward stay in Thailand, must provide their own round trip flight transportation to Los Angeles from where ever their home or place of origin is. Those coming from the eastern United States and who may wish to depart from New York, will be routed through either London or Germany.
It is recommended to arrive at the international airport of departure at least three to four hours before the outbound flight to India (the more time is safer, in case of flight delays). Please provide us your flight itinerary 48 hours in advance of your departure to avoid any transportation complications.

 

Activities
Transportation for all guests is provided for all scheduled outbound activities. Transportation is not provided for any activity that is not scheduled unless it’s an emergency or matter of priority.

Everyone will need to bring clothing and if possible a towel and toiletries. Apart from the usual items people pack when traveling, feel free to bring any items that will make your visit more personal.
Money belt (the kind that goes around your waist; always keep below your belt line).

Toiletries and Personal Care Items
Outerwear (i.e. hats, coats, jackets, gloves, etc…)
